FAQ · LIFE COACHING

I’ll be straight about this one, because cost questions deserve straight answers, not a “let’s hop on a call” runaround.

Here’s what you need to know: life coaching here is priced month-to-month or by the session, with no lock-in and no long-term contract. You’re not buying a 12-month transformation package you have to pay for up front and then feel chained to. You pay for the work you’re actually using, and you stop when it stops earning its place in your week.

Why there’s no flat “price list” printed here

Coaching isn’t a commodity, so a single sticker price would be misleading. The real number depends on a few things — frequency (weekly vs. every other week), whether we’re meeting remote or in person, and how focused the engagement is (a specific decision vs. a longer arc of work). The honest way to answer “what does it cost” is in a short conversation where I learn what you’re actually trying to do.

What I can tell you is the structure, and the structure protects you: no up-front lump sum, no cancellation penalty, and a clear check-in so you’re never paying for coaching that’s stopped being useful.

The real cost question isn’t the sticker

Here’s the thing most people miss: the expensive version of life coaching isn’t paying for it — it’s not paying for it and staying stuck for another year. The cost of “stuck” compounds quietly: the promotion not pursued, the transition delayed, the energy you burn carrying something that isn’t yours.

I’m not going to tell you coaching pays for itself, because that’s a claim I can’t guarantee for your situation. I’ll just say this: the price is a fraction of what staying in place costs, and the structure is built so you can test that for yourself without betting a year of your life on it.

How to get the actual number

If you want specifics for your situation, the fastest path is a short discovery call. We’ll talk through what you’re trying to do, I’ll give you the honest number, and you decide from there — no pressure, no pitch.

What you’re actually paying for

It’s worth being clear-eyed about what coaching money buys, because it’s not just an hour of conversation. The session is the smallest part of it.

You’re paying for the thinking between sessions — the plan you made, the step you took, the thing you noticed about yourself on a Tuesday that you’d never have caught on your own. You’re paying for accountability, in the good sense: a specific commitment you made out loud and will actually follow through on. And you’re paying for clarity — a trained second set of eyes on a decision you’ve been circling alone.

If all you wanted was someone to talk to, that’s cheaper elsewhere and I’d tell you so. What coaching costs is the price of moving instead of staying stuck — and that’s the part that’s usually worth far more than the sticker.

The no-surprises promise

Whatever the number ends up being for your situation, you’ll get it in writing up front — no hidden fees, no surprise “intensive retreat” upcharges, no pressure to prepay a year. If coaching stops being worth it, we stop. That’s the whole pricing philosophy: transparent, month-to-month, and always your call. The price is the easy part to be honest about; it’s the structure around it that actually protects you.
