LIFE COACHING

You’re successful on paper and exhausted in reality.

You did the things. Built the career, hit the milestones, kept everyone else’s expectations moving. And somewhere along the way, it stopped feeling like your life. Now you’re stuck, burned out, or standing at the edge of a transition — and the path forward isn’t obvious. Life coaching is about getting clear and moving again. Practical, grounded, forward-looking. No vague positivity, no “manifest your best life” filler. Just honest work on what’s actually going on and what you actually want.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You’re not broken — you’re at a threshold.

The transition.

A role ending, a career shifting, a new chapter that hasn’t taken shape yet.

The burnout.

You’ve been running on empty and pretending you’re fine. The tank is dry and you know it.

The “stuck.”

You know something has to change, but you can’t see the next move — or you can, and you keep not taking it.

The aftermath.

You’ve climbed the ladder and found the view isn’t what you were promised. Now what?

WHAT WE WORK ON

The fundamentals that get people unstuck.

Direction.

Getting clear on what you actually want — not what you’re supposed to want — and what’s been standing between you and it.

Managing pressure.

The skill of staying steady under stress, so overwhelm stops running the show.

Resilience.

Building the capacity to recover faster, adapt, and keep moving when things don’t go to plan.

Priorities.

Sorting what matters from what’s loud, so your energy goes where it pays.

Momentum.

Turning insight into a next step you’ll actually take — because clarity without action is just a nicer way to stay stuck.

SCOPE OF PRACTICE

Coaching is not therapy.

I am a leadership and performance coach — not a licensed therapist, counselor, or clinician. Our work is practical and forward-looking: how you think, decide, and lead day to day. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and I won’t. If, in our work together, it becomes clear that what you’re facing would be better served by a licensed mental health professional, I’ll tell you directly and help you get connected to the right support. Coaching builds capacity for the life you want; therapy heals. They’re different, they can work side by side, and I practice the first one.

THE BACK TO MOVING CHECK

Five light prompts. No score — just a mirror.

1. When was the last time you felt genuinely clear about what you want next?
2. What’s one thing you’re carrying that’s really someone else’s expectation?
3. Where are you spending energy that doesn’t actually move you forward?
4. What would “unstuck” look like, in concrete terms — not a feeling, a scene?
5. What’s the smallest next step you’ve been avoiding?

Sit with those for five honest minutes. If they stir something, that’s the signal to keep going.

HOW IT WORKS

Built on your real life, with a clear off-ramp.

1:1, on your cadence.

We meet one-on-one, weekly or every other week, remote or in person in Florida.

Built on your real life.

We work on what’s actually in front of you — the decision, the transition, the hard conversation — not hypothetical exercises.

Forward-looking.

The past matters as context, not as a place to live. We orient toward where you’re going and how you’ll get there.

With a clear off-ramp.

This isn’t meant to be forever. The goal is to build the capability so you’re moving on your own.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Do I need a “big goal” to start?

No. Sometimes the work is figuring out what you actually want — and that’s a fine place to begin. Not every season needs a five-year plan; some just need a next step.

How long do we work together?

No lock-in. Most people start with a month or a quarter and re-evaluate honestly. The goal is forward motion, not a standing appointment — and if you’re moving on your own, that’s the point.

Is this in person or remote?

Both. Remote is the default and works well; I’m in Florida for in-person if you’d rather sit across a table.
