EXECUTIVE & PERFORMANCE COACHING

You can’t step away for two weeks without it falling apart.

That’s not a scheduling problem. It’s a leadership problem. When execution depends on you being in the room — putting out every fire, making every call, un-sticking every hand-off — you haven’t built a team. You’ve built a cage. I help founders, C-suite leaders, and senior executives change that. The goal isn’t more hours. It’s a team that executes with little to no oversight, so you can finally do the strategic work only you can do.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You’re the bottleneck in your own operation.

The calendar is a firefight, and “busy” has become a badge instead of a warning.

You’re the only one who can resolve the conflicts, catch the dropped ball, and remember the follow-up.

Your senior people are brilliant individual contributors who don’t yet lead — because nobody ever taught them how.

You’re planning to scale, and you know the current system won’t survive the load.

WHAT WE WORK ON

The fundamentals that move the needle.

Accurate prioritization.

Ranking tasks against the mission, the resources, and the ease of execution — so your team spends its effort where it pays, not where it’s loudest.

Effective delegation.

The five pillars: expectations, boundaries, resources, follow-up, feedback. Delegation isn’t dumping; it’s development.

Decision-making under pressure.

How to think in second- and third-order effects, and how to teach your people to do the same.

Executive presence.

The cost of meetings, the discipline of agendas, and the difference between “activity” and “achievement.”

Mental clarity.

Not a buzzword — the real capacity to see the whole board because the day-to-day isn’t chewing up all your attention.

HOW IT WORKS

Built on your actual week, not a workbook.

1:1, weekly.

One hour a week, spent on your role, your sphere of influence, and your actual work. Not a workbook. Not homework theater.

TRADE-driven.

Every session runs the same five beats — Task Preparation, Resource Allocation, Action Execution, Debrief & Reflection, Evolution & Improvement — applied to whatever is live in your world that week.

Impact in the first two weeks.

Because we work on the work you’re already doing, the operational impact shows up fast. You don’t wait months to feel the difference.

Remote or in person (Florida).

Whatever fits how you actually operate.

THE MEASURE OF SUCCESS

You’ll know it’s working when three things shift.

1. Stress in your environment comes down — the unknowns get minimized, and the firefighting fades.
2. Good information flows up — questions and honest feedback start reaching you instead of getting filtered.
3. Velocity in your pipeline goes up — the work moves faster because it’s not waiting on you.

HOW THIS IS DIFFERENT

Most coaching changes how you think.

Executive coaching is a crowded field, and most of it falls into one of two buckets: awareness work — assessments, personality profiles, “insight” — or cheerleading. Neither changes how your team works on a Tuesday.

I come at it from operations. Twenty years running teams under pressure means I don’t coach from theory — I coach from having been the person accountable for the outcome. The method is TRADE, applied to your real work, not a script. And the proof isn’t a coaching certification; it’s that I’ve stood up teams of 2 to 90 and watched them execute without me.

One line: most coaches teach you to think differently. I help you and your team work differently — and the work itself is the classroom.

COMMON QUESTIONS

How long is an engagement?

As long as it’s earning its place. Most leaders start with a quarter and keep going; some come for a specific season — a promotion, a turnaround, a scale-up. We check in honestly on whether it’s still worth your hour.

Remote or in person?

Both. Remote is the default and works well; I’m in Florida for in-person if that’s your preference.

Do you work with me or my whole team?

Start with you. As the work clarifies, we often bring in direct reports for specific pieces — or point the whole organization toward the 24-month program. We start small and expand toward the friction.

WHO THIS ISN’T FOR

An honest filter, because it saves everyone time.

– If you want a sounding board who’ll nod and validate, that’s not me. You’ll get a clear read and a push — respectfully delivered.
– If you want a quick fix by Friday, the fundamentals are simple but not instant. You’ll feel impact in the first two weeks; mastery takes longer.
– If you’re hoping someone will take the decisions off your plate, coaching develops your capability — it doesn’t replace it.
